‘Exodus’ outs new poster

Ebrahim Hatamikia’s latest feature film ‘Exodus’ has published a new poster.

The newly released poster for the movie, which is currently screening online and in drive-in cinemas, features ifilm star of the movie ‘Breath’, Pantea Panahiha.

‘Exodus’, which was scheduled to come to the theaters during the Persian New Year holidays this year, has been the first to premiere online in Iran. This change in screening agenda was over the COVID-19 pandemic.

The film, that succeeded to gross highly online, later devised drive-in screening sessions. It was also a big success for the film and it was well-received by the audiences who could watch it in their own cars.

According to an earlier report by ifilm English, the drive-in screenings have been extended till May 11.  

‘Exodus’ narrates the story of a number of peasants voicing their concerns to government officials.

‘Exodus’ got its premiere at the 38th Fajr Film Festival and grabbed two awards for best makeup and best visual effects.

Besides Pantea Panahiha, Faramarz Qaribian, Jahangir Almasi, Giti Qasemi, Mehdi Faqih, Sam Qaribian, Kambiz Dirbaz, Mohammad-Reza Sharifinia, and Atash Taqipour have appeared in the flick.
